1. Job Position: Business Development Manager (BDM), lFVL, FZE, UAE

Job responsibilities:

1. Middle East, Africa and Indian Sub-continents business knowledge for Paddle Tennis courts and merchandize.

2. Responsible for Sale of new paddle tennis courts, their annual maintenance and related equipment t contracts with Sports Clubs, Educational institutions,  recreation centers and broader markets.

3. Secure Merchandise contracts for Paddle tennis (rackets, balls, outfits etc.)

4. Secure Paddle tennis training contracts for new to game players.

5. BDM would be Key representative in MENA and Indian Sub-continent regions for our key suppliers where we hold exclusive contracts.

Remuneration :

As per Industry standards with both fixed and Variable component based on booked business.

Expected fixed salary -AED 10,000 inclusive of all perks +

variable pay based on booked business.

Clearly BDMs role is Target and revenue driven with focus on achieving high variable remuneration (upto 30% of net profit on booked businesses and tier level increments).

The company would also cover the running business development costs by providing Resident Visa, Medical coverage and other local support to settle in UAE.

Its full time Employment and would be governed by UAE labour laws.
