A BREAK THROUGH IN THE WORLD OF RACQUET SPORTS.
It all began when in 1969, Enrique Corcuera decided to combine features of Squash and Platform Tennis on his home court in Acapulco, Mexico, to create "Paddle Corcuera." He is credited with inventing Padel. In a span of around 25 years the game spread expotentially to Spain and its erstwhile colonies, viz, Mexico, Argentina, Chile.
Being a true visionary, Rajput Bakul understood the potential of the game in a sports crazy nation like India. He became the pioneer of India's association with Padel and is also the President of the Indian Padel Federation, having gotten introduced to this sport through a common friend who then went on to introduce him to Fernando Belasteguín, the most celebrated padel player and a 16 times world champion in the sport. Fernando and Bakul mutually agreed on bringing the sport to India.
Our vision is to make Padel the most known sport in India, turning it into one of the most practised sports. As well as, promoting the sport in the media, echoing all private and public initiatives related to this sport

PADEL VS LAWN TENNIS
The number of players in a team in Padel is always two , unlike tennis, where there are singles and doubles matches. When it comes to the physical court area, a padel court is approximately a third smaller than a tennis court. In tennis, it is common to play from outside the boundary lines. The 4 walls of a padel court not only prevent this but also makes the effective playing area a lot smaller. The balls used are also different. The pressure, to which padel balls are inflated, is different. Therefore, a padel ball has less bounce than a tennis ball. This causes the ball to slow down when it rebounds off the walls.
